I'm a Product Designer with a Digital Design degree from Brunel University. I have almost a decade of industry experience with a broad background of Product design, HCI Design, Graphic Design, 3D Design and UX and UI Design. My software product of choice is UXPin, which works for me with their Interactive states, constant updates and it being a tool focussed on web design rather than a bias towards app design.

A design overhaul of a home control app (iOS & Android). Mesh is a home control app that controls everything from lights, Video, Audio, Blinds for everything from Mega yachts to London mansions. Starting with simple wireframes in Illustrator to decide the user-flows, using UXPin to build the application as an interactive prototype and Illustrator to generate the assets that the developers required to build from.
G-Forces Web Management designs and creates website solutions for most of the largest car dealerships in the UK and most of the major manufacturers on more specific projects that include Mercedes-Benz Retail Group, GM, Vauxhall, Jaguar and Land Rover and London Taxi Company and more. The latest addition to the product suite is a new Transactional tool, allowing users to get a finance quote online, part exchange their old car, add accessories and add-ons to their finance deal, choose delivery methods and complete their finance application too. This product is relatively unique in this industry and there were a lot of challenges in bringing this to market. I worked alongside the product manager and developers to bring this product all the way from basic concept to one of the leaders in the Automotive market.
I completed my secondary education with 3 A Levels in Design & Technology, 3D Arts and Spanish which set me on my path to studying Digital Design at Brunel university.
Went to work at Cinimod Studio for 3 months of work experience creating 3d concepts, brainstorming new lighting concepts and helping with other practical work wherever I could, including the installation of the lighting products in the evenings.
A year in industry before my last year of university, I started out designing and processing paper-based budget proposals using Adobe InDesign and worked on improving the processes to speed up the process of creating each (50+ page) document to reduce the time by as much as half. Next I was tasked with creating the first redesign of their bespoke home control app. I used Illustrator to set out the new design guidelines/framework to replace the old version, whilst still maintaining the same architecture so we didn’t alienate the existing, very niche user-base.
Created an application all the way from concept to a basic iOS build to better understand the process and the limitations from a more technical point of view. Taught myself very basic Swift (Apple's new primary mobile programming language) to enable myself to build out the front-end of the application called 'Findr'.
After a short month of job hunting I landed a months work experience at a highly successful digital marketing company whose sole focus is the automotive industry, with a large percentage of the UK's top 200 dealerships in their portfolio. In this month I created mock-ups and wireframes to show ways to improve aspects of their templates for the platform as well as analysing live client sites for ways to improve the conversion rate which in their case is more vehicle enquiries.
Using UXPin prototypes to explore new concepts with clients and create interactive prototypes of flat designs created by graphic designers to aid in their pitches to clients. A constant iterative process of the improvement of the product using A/B testing, user feedback and internal UX testing. Discovering ways to improve the experience, conversion rate and ways to improve personalisation of the SaaS product for our customers, whilst delivering a highly performing conversion tool.
Joined as a Designer and started by establishing a more cohesive and consistent design language to the customer facing UI. Transitioned to Product Manager to best suit the businesses needs. Driving product-led growth by analysing our customers, our competitors, delivering outcomes that had a positive impact on our key business metrics such as Repeat Buyers.
